When done correctly, I don't think there is anything more feminine than puffed sleeves. They are so timeless and classic on little girls. When I was little, I enjoyed puffed sleeves in the rompers my mother made me. I also was quite intrigued with Anne's fascination with puffed sleeves in the movie and books, Anne of Green Gables. My daughter now seems to be overjoyed with sleeves that are puffy. Of course, it helps when there is a bright frilly flower on the shirt too.

Puffed sleeves are so pretty on a little girl. I absolutely loved Anne of Green Gables growing up!! I read all of the books, and then watched the movies on PBS with my sisters. Oh Gilbert Blythe, I haven't thought about that in years!
